Traffic to ply from Jammu to Srinagar for 2nd consecutive day, no vehicle from Kashmir
Only Jammu to Srinagar traffic was allowed for the second consecutive day on Saturday on the National Highway, connecting Kashmir valley with the rest of the country, a traffic police official said.
Two-way traffic has been restored on the national highway, which connects Ladakh region with Kashmir while only one-way traffic will continue on historic 86-km-long Mughal road, seen as alternative to Srinagar-Jammu national highway.
Traffic official said for the second consecutive day today, only Jammu to Srinagar traffic was allowed. No vehicle will be allowed from opposite direction as only one-way traffic will continue to ply on the highway till further orders.
